Pastoral care policy

All members of the school community should feel that they can learn and grow in a happy and purposeful atmosphere.

Our approach is to recognise the strengths and needs of each child, and individual attention is the hallmark of pastoral care throughout the school.

Form teachers all play a key role in the development of the children in their care. They work closely with parents and with the Headmistress to ensure that all children are encouraged to achieve their best, that their achievements are celebrated and that any concerns are swiftly addressed. Daily informal contact between form teachers and parents builds a strong sense of partnership between home and school.
